Some things to remember during intersession days

 

Students are to be with you each day from 7:30 until 2:50 with the exception of lunch. 

 

The hallways should be cleared by the 7:30 bell. If you are wating for a bus to take you on your Intersession adventure, please keep your group in your assigned room. The main office will call up into the room when your bus arrives.

 

Lunch break is from 11:00 -11:45. Bag lunches are being served in the cafeteria. Students are NOT permitted to leave the building during lunch.

 

If you return to BHS before 2:50, please keep your group in your assigned room until the dismissal bell at 2:50.

 

TIP.....Plan a couple of fun activities to do while your'e waiting. Hangman,  Wheel of Fortune or games like that are fun and easy to do (use phrases or words that are connected to your activity).

 

 

ATTENDANCE

An attendance roster....PINK SHEET.....will be in your mailbox Tuesday. Please be sure to send this down to Ann by7:45 each day. She will replace it in your mailbox for you to use on the following day. Instructions are printed on the back of the sheet for recording the FINAL ASSESSMENT. 

 

TIP.....If you are leaving the building, take attendance and make a photocopy of the roster to take along with you.

 

OVERNIGHT TRIPS

Please be sure to leave your attendance, a copy of your Itinerary, a phone number (your cell number) and your return time with Ann before you depart.

 

FIRST AID KITS

First Aid Kits have been prepared for groups that are leaving the building. Please get them from me Tuesday afternoon after 2:30 or Wednesday morning by 7:30.
